Nisan Design provides compensation for delayed delivery of goods.
Calculated from the order date.
If we can not ship the goods within 10 days, the customer will get compensation.
 
Order amount NT$ Below 500: Delay days*0.2
Order amount NT$ 501-1000: Delay days*1
Order amount NT$ 1001-2000: Delay days*2
Order amount NT$ 2001-4000: Delay days*2.5
Order amount NT$ Above 4001: Delay days*3
 
For example order amount NT$ 1500:
Order date is 1 Aug, shipping date is 9 Aug. No compensation.
Order date is 1 Aug, shipping date is 15 Aug. Compensation is 15 days*2=NT$ 30
Order date is 1 Aug, shipping date is 20 Oct. Compensation is 81 days*2=NT$ 162
 
* The compensation plan is not a refund.
* All compensation can only be used to purchase Nisan postcards.
* If you need a refund, the maximum refund is the total amount of the order.
* Multiple orders of the same person can only be counted once and cannot be combined.
* The order amount does not include shipping fees.
* The maximum compensation amount does not exceed the order amount.
